Darpa's Urban Operations: Making Radar Peek Between Buildings

Attempting to take advantage of radar beams' scattering effect to more accurately snoop in urban areas, Darpa looks into bouncing the beams off buildings to catch what's in the canyons and alleys. But first it has to build the technology to make that work.
